Donald Trump Jr. launched a mobile news app with former employees of his father’s administration. Which is hoping to compete with news aggregators from Apple and Google. Axios reported this on Tuesday.
But the venture has another, if untenable, goal: filling the void left by the dwindling conservative Dear Druze Report, whose traffic — and impact — has shrank in recent years since taking an apparently anti-Trump stance. Founder Matt Drudge did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Tuesday.
