- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- someone in your household who resides within Seattle city limits OR is a Seattle Promise student OR is a student of Seattle Public School OR is an artist/culture producer who has opened an art studio within Seattle city limits at any time since March 2020 or owns or rents rehearsal space.
- The median household income in Seattle must be less than 50 per cent.
